Concert Band FAQ
Q. What is Concert Band?
A. Concert Band is the band class that students register for as one of their daily classes. Students will practice the chosen pieces and perform at three concerts during the school year. You can sign up for band even if you’ve never taken it before, everyone is welcome.
Q. When does it meet?
A. Concert Band meets every day during first hour. Concert dates and times are set at the beginning of the school year.
Q. Can I take both Band & Choir?
A. Yes, you can take both! If you chose to do both, you go to band half the days and choir the other half. A typical schedule is Choir on Monday and Wednesday, Band on Tuesday and Thursday, then you switch off on Friday.
